Health Ignite 45 Day Challenge
There is no better day than today to Ignite and improve your Health!
Welcome to the Health Ignite 45 Challenge! Give us 4-weeks using 5 habits for 28-days, and we will show you the true health you already had inside of you!
The Health Ignite program is an online challenge designed to help you radically improve your health within 4-weeks using 5 habits for 28-days. No fads, diets, gimmicks or magical potions will be employed. However, we will deliver practical, sustainable habit based actions that will move you closer to your desired health goals.
The habits are simple:
1. Eat real whole foods
2. Drink water
3. Intermittent Fasting
4. Practice Mindfulness
5. Move/ Fitness
Information does not lead to transformation, that's why we will hold you accountable. Every morning our accountability app will check in with you with a straightforward question, "Did you perform the habits for yesterday?" Each habit performed is worth a point for a total of Five possible points per day. Each day our team of health coaches will be in our private Facebook group helping you to accomplish your goals and troubleshooting any difficulties you may be having around completing your daily habits. Every Sunday we will have a Facebook live family meeting, and collectively celebrate our accomplishments as well as help those who may have struggled.
In addition to holding you accountable to your daily habits, we will also empower you with the information and resources you need to become the master of your health destiny. This program will be done in a group setting that will include:
Nutrition coaching- Daily lessons about whole foods, and how they are a major player in preventing and reversing many medical conditions that are affecting our community. Each lesson will end with practical advice on how to put to use what you just learned.
Fitness coaching- This will be a HIIT bodyweight workout and flexibility program that can be performed in the comfort of your own home. Some exercises will require a dumbbell or water jug for added resistance. The program will also include videos for how to perform the movements as well as modifications.
Mindset coaching- In our experience, this is where the most important work takes place, the mind. We help you to understand that these preventable conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and obesity, does not run in our families, but instead we control the narrative on how healthy we are. Also, we will help you get clear on what health is, why you want it and identify what's standing in your way.
Video Courses- #HI45 is a team of Health coach's dedicated to improving the health conditions of our community, while also adding a different component to the program. Our coaches will be providing video courses on several topics to help you achieve your health goals.
